To provide Celebrants and Clergy with timely delivery of quality products, with quality customising where requested, at prices representing value to these customers and which will enable us to sustain our business.
Celebrants Warehouse is located in Smithfield, Sydney, Australia. We stock all the products listed on this website in our own warehouse, so when you order we have the product on hand, ready to ship.
We manufacture many of our products in-house, for many others we own the tooling and designs and subcontract the manufacturing. We favour subcontracted manufacturing within Australia. If we become aware of great products applicable to our customers, then we will stock other businesses products. We favour sourcing from within Australia though we do source products worldwide including from New Zealand, USA, UK and China.
We are proud to perform state of the art customising in-house using our high quality production colour printer, our specialised digital printer that prints white or colour onto dark products or paper, specially modified inkjet printers for odd shaped products and several different foil stamping machines. We also do custom makes.
We also have the full suite of Adobe Creative programs in-house and an in-house graphic artist to assist you in creating, modifying and/or preparing artwork for customising our products.
Celebrants Warehouse is a division of Image Display Creations. We are a family owned business and value operating with professionalism, honesty and integrity with each other, with customers and with suppliers.
SHIPPING:
Orders over $150 before GST are FREIGHT FREE. Freight on orders under $150 before GST is only $10 plus GST.
Please email us with your address and the quantity of each product you intend to order. We will reply with a freight charge and instructions on how to place your order on our site. Of course, if you think the freight is too expensive you will be under no obligation to proceed.
Orders are dispatched within 3 working days from our warehouse in Leichhardt, Sydney. Orders should be received within 2 to 7 days (14 days for remote locations). If there is to be any delay with dispatching your order we will contact you within 3 days of your order.
In the unlikely event that something is wrong with the product or we dispatched the wrong product we will give a full refund and pay the return freight. If you change your mind or ordered what you don’t want you can return the goods to us (at your expense) and on receipt in good order and condition we will refund 100% of the value of your order excluding any freight charge.
You can pay by Direct Deposit, American Express, Mastercard, Visa, JBC or PayPal. We do not charge any credit card surcharges.
Our American Express, Mastercard, Visa, and JBC payment gateway is provided by the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. You can alternatively use your MasterCard or Visa Card within PayPal.
You will receive a tax invoice with your order showing the GST amount. The prices shown on our website do not include GST. GST is added on checkout.
When you order we will ask for your name, postal address, email address and telephone number. If you provided this information then not more than once in three months we might email you regarding new products and special offers.
If you subscribe to our mailing list we might email you not more than once per month regarding new products and special offers. We will always have an “opt-out” option and your information is kept secure.
We will only share information with other organisations under strict privacy provisions for fraud prevention or investigation. Your information is not provided to anyone or any other organisation for marketing purposes.
